The temporary measure pertains to the transport carried out by the company Srbija Kargo for business entities relative to other transports carried out on the network of railroads in Serbia, including passenger rail traffic.
As can be seen from the decree, it pertains to the transport of coal, mazut, oil and oil products, iron ore, coke ore, copper ore and concentrate, finished products made of iron, copper and steel, acids, as well as container transport of consumer goods.
The decree encompasses 26 sections for the transport of those goods.
The routes covered by the temporary measure:

4) Grljan - Svilajnac
5) Piskanja - Svilajnac

9) Horgoš - Subotica - Border Station Dimitrovgrad
10) Bor - Prijepolje Cargo Station
11) Bor - Border Station Šid
12) Border Station Dimitrovgrad - Šabac
13) Border Station Dimitrovgrad - Prahovo
14) Prahovo - Šabac
15) Radinac - Aleksinac
16) Radinac - Čačak
17) Radinac - Jagodina
18) Horgoš - Subotica - Radinac;
19) Border Station Šid - Radinac
