Following two unsuccessful attempts, company Insert available for sale again, price ten times lower – Business complexes in Ruma and Apatin offered for RSD 18 million

The bankruptcy supervisor of the company Insert d.o.o. from Ruma has advertised the third sale of the bankruptcy debtor as a legal entity through the method of public bidding.

At an initial price of RSD 18 million, the offer includes a business complex of 6,075 m2 in Ruma, as well as 15,000 m2 of city building land. Also up for sale is a business facility of 2,943 m2 and building land of 2,096 m2 in Apatin.

The company produces footwear. The initial price at the first public bidding, advertised in March this year, was RSD 180.5 million.
