Port area of international passenger terminal in Belgrade determined

The Government of Serbia has adopted the Decree on the determining of the port area of the international passenger terminal in Belgrade in line with the Water Traffic Development Strategy of the Republic of Serbia from 2015 to 2025, spatial and urban planning documents and the planning documents which pertain to water management.

As said in the decree published on the website of the government, the port area is registered in the list of immovable property of the cadaster municipality of Stari Grad and has a total area of 1 ha 61 a 93 m2.


Based on this decree, the port area and the right of first refusal of the Republic of Serbia over the port infrastructure and suprastructure in the real estate cadaster will be entered into the register.
