Vucic: Production of electric cars to start in 20 days in Kragujevac

In the next twenty days or so, the production of electric cars will start in Kragujevac at the Fiat Chrysler Automobiles factory, announced the president of Serbia, Aleksandar Vucic.

At a press conference, he said that the company would reveal the exact date four days later in Italy and added that he couldn’t discuss the details regarding the beginning of production at that moment.

Vucic said that, that day, it had also been announced to him that a Luxembourg-based company would invest in the production of graphene nanotubes in Serbia, a product used in the production of electric cars, but he didn’t present any more details about the investment.
