Darko Lukic new CEO of Nelt Group

The new CEO of Nelt Group, as of yesterday, is Darko Lukic, after spending over three years as the company’s executive vice president. Together with his management team, in the coming period, he will continue implementing the business strategy of the company, focusing on strengthening the entire organization, the strategic development of brands, the Adria market and the market of Africa.

Darko’s first work day as the CEO symbolically started on the ground with his colleagues in sales, looking to show personal dedication and point to the important contribution of all the members of the organization.

– This is a very special day for me, because it is a new chapter in my professional life. Today, I am on the ground with the employees, because it’s the people who make up the company, they are our most important resource. I want to hear what the employees have to say, to hear their needs, ideas and what they think. In addition to that, I want to talk to the customer, principals and all the external key associates so that we would provide the best service and products. As a company, we are strategically continuing with the transformation which is based on the foundations of a healthy organization, investments in digital innovations and the diversification of Nelt’s business – said Darko.

Darko Lukic has been in Nelt Group since 2021 and has years of experience in corporate management in high positions. At Coca-Cola Hellenic Bottling Company, he dealt with strategic projects as part of the CEO office, whereas at Procter & Gamble, for more than 11 years, he worked on several high, group manager functions in the field of finance. At Nelt, he has made a significant contribution in creating and realizing strategic projects and initiatives.
