New mortgage loans in HVB Bank Belgrade with interest rate of 4.54% and refinancing of credits taken in other banks

HVB bank Belgrade has started to approve mortgage loans indexed in CHF with effective interest rate of 4.54%.

Also, monthly installment for credit of 30,000 EUR, on period of 25 years, will amount to 162 EUR. Under the same conditions, HVB bank refinances mortgage loans the citizens took in the other banks, as well as the credits of the clients of HVB bank that were approved in EUR during the past years.

The loans are approved without downpayment, deposit or endorsers for amounts of 10,000 - 100,000 EUR. The repayment period is up to 25 years.
