Former giant selling property again – Building of Masinska Industrija Nis auctioned

Masinska Industrija Nis is once again selling property at an auction, at an initial price of around RSD 20 million. This is the building which is located within the MIN complex near OTC, says the Bankruptcy Supervision Agency.

The building has a floor area surface of 384 square meters, and the total area of the office space on the ground floor and the two upper floors is around 635 square meters.

In addition to the building, office furniture will be auctioned.

The initial price is RSD 20,037,200, and the auction is scheduled for June 5, at 11am, in Belgrade.

The company Doo Masinska Industrija Nis Holding has been in bankruptcy since 2015. So far, they have sold the property around ten times.

The fast steam train engine – a museum rarity which has been left to deteriorate in the yard of the former giant for years – is left out of the bankruptcy proceedings.
