Excise taxes on fuel, alcohol, coffee and cigarettes in Serbia to increase from May 1

In Serbia, from May 1, new amounts of excise taxes on fuel, coffee, cigarettes and alcohol will be calculated, harmonized with last year’s inflation of 7.6%.

The excise tax, with the VAT, on fuel will be between 4.5 and 5.7 dinars.

From May, the excise tax on alcoholic beverages will be 26.80 to 30.72 per liter.

For coffee, it will be 108.06 to 405.24 dinars per kilogram.

For liquids for the filling of electronic cigarettes, the excise tax will be 10.46 dinars per milliliter.
