Tender for reconstruction of water tower and construction of footbridge within Lozionica worth EUR 12.6 million opened

The Office for Information Technologies and Electronic Government has opened the tender for the planning (main design and as-built design) and execution of works within the Lozionica complex.

The tender pertains to the reconstruction of the water tower, the construction of a footbridge and equipping, and these are the phases 4 and 5 of the restoration of the complex near the Mostarska Petlja spot.

The equipping of the facilities pertains to the water tower, the Lozionica facility and the business annex (the procurement and installation of audio-visual technology, furniture, street furniture and other equipment).

The value of the job is estimated at RSD 1.47 billion (around EUR 12.6 million).

Let us remind that the works on the reconstruction of the creative-innovative multifunctional center Lozionica in Belgrade, along with the water tower and the footbridge, encompass the reconstruction of Lozionica on all 4,800 m2, while preserving the characteristic appearance, as well as the water tower and the turn, and the construction of a new annex building of 11,000 m2, along with an underground garage and a big park, is also planned.

The entire complex will spread on over 23,000 m2, and the works, as announced, will be completed by the end of this year.
