Agency for privatization has announced that the Government's Comission for public supply of consulting services from privatization advisor as legal follower of the Mobtel company opened up financial offers of consulting houses whose technical offers, based on expert's evaluation, crossed minimal technical step.

Comission opened 4 financial offers of consulting houses Meril Linch Internacional, Goldman Saks Internacional and UBS Investment bank from London and Rothshield Consortium and Cie from Paris, Bird and Bird, Lawyer's office Drazic, Beatovic and partners and Horus Telekom and Utilies.

Five members comission for public supply, on March, 31st, 2006, opened up 6 technical offers, while on April, 5th, 4 financial offers whose technical offers crossed the minimal technical step.

The comission will make a report and five it to the Government of Serbia for acceptance, that is for final decision about giving a contract.

The Government made a decision on March, 16th, 2006, about doing a public search for consulting services, and the final decision of the election of privatization advisor for the sector of telecommunications code Mobtel, should be reached by April, 15th, 2006
