Montenegrin Privatization Fund ``Eurofond`` became majority owner of Bijelo Polje-based water factory ``Bjelasica rada``, hotel-tourist company (HTP) ``Fjord`` from Kotor and ``Cetinje turist`` by procurement of stocks worth €490,000 and took over control in nine companies in Montenegro.
"Fjorda" includes hotel ``Vardar``, restaurant ``Galion``, cafe ``Dojmi``, Catering-recreation center ``Slavija`` and several smaller facilities in the old part of the city and Grobljansko polje in Kotor. ``Cetinje turist`` is famous by its ``Grand`` hotel on Cetinje, while ``Bjelasica rada`` is factory for bottling of water.
``Eurofond`` is also majority owner of company ``Izbor Bar``, Ulcinj-based Saltworks ``Bajo Sekulić``, Rožaje-based ``Kristal``, Kotor-based printing company ``Andrija Paltešić`` and Podgorica-based ``Servisimport". Founders are Montenegrin businessmen Vuk Rajković and Veselin Barović and citizens of Slovenia and Bosnia and Herzegovina. The Fund is the owner of big number of stocks of public companies, such as Telekom Crne Gore, Electric Power Company and Railways, ``Jugopetrol`` and HTP ``Boka``.
