State-owned building land in industrial zone in Krnjesevci up for sale

The Property Directorate of the Republic of Serbia has advertised the sale of land through the collection of closed written bids, for the purpose of the construction of a facility.

This is a parcel in Krnjesevci, with a total area of 94,103 m2, listed in the land register as building land outside the building area, which belongs to the industrial zone, meant for the construction of business, commercial complexes and goods-transport centers.

The initial price is RSD 37.6 million.

Bids are to be submitted at the clerk’s office of the Property Directorate of the Republic of Serbia by May 13, and more details (in Serbian) can be found HERE.
