Capital of Alpha Bank Serbia increased by EUR 20 million

The parent bank Alpha Bank A.E. Athens has increased its stake in the share capital of Alpha Bank Serbia by EUR 20 million.

This capital increase will make it possible for Alpha Bank in Serbia to "offer its clients a broader range of services of higher quality, and it will also contribute to the dynamic growth of the economy in the forthcoming period", reads the statement issued by this bank.

The statement also reads that, by completing this capital increase, Alpha Bank A.E. has demonstrated its commitment to the strengthening of its position in the region, which is one of the bank's strategic goals.
