Call for Valuation of Construction Company Jugobanat Opened

The Bankruptcy Supervision Agency has opened the call for the submission of bids for the assessment of the liquidation value of the property of the bankruptcy debtor and the valuation of the bankruptcy debtor as a legal entity for the company Industrija gradjevinskog materijala Jugobanat.

For the purposes of determining the value in the sales procedure, the valuer is to use the following methods: the valuation of the property using the liquidation method and the valuation of the legal entity using the methods which are in line with International Accounting Standards, which secure the best interest of the bankruptcy estate.
