The Hungarian electricity exchange HUPX joins Adex, which strengthens and expands the scope of the regional electricity exchange group for Central-Eastern and South-Eastern Europe (SE-SEE), and the Adex group thus becomes the most liquid center for electricity spot trading in this part of Europe, the Electric Network of Serbia (EMS) announced.

Adex group doo, the first regional electricity exchange for Central and Southeastern Europe, was officially established on December 23, 2022 in Ljubljana. It was founded by ELES, EMS and EPEX SPOT, with 100% ownership of two subsidiaries - BSP and SEEPEX.
