Palic to Get Motor Camp Inspired by Area’s Characteristic Aesthetics

The construction of a motor camp complex is planned in Palic, with all the accompanying features necessary for its functioning.

It consists of four ground-floor facilities (a sanitary block, a management building with a guardhouse and a restaurant), as well as accompanying features (canopy, playgrounds etc.).

– The inspiration for the architectural design was the stylized Vojvodina house with a gable, a gable roof and a porch. The redesigned ornaments from the Palic villas, that is, buildings which are protected cultural goods, have been implemented in parts of the facades as modern forms of the newly designed buildings. The characteristics color palette of the Palic villas has been applied to the new designs of the planned buildings. All these characteristics comprise a unique architectural logic and the recognized Palic aesthetics – says the project, which has been available for public inspection.

The investor is the Tourism Organization of the City of Subotica, the project was prepared by the Public Enterprise for Road Management, Urban Planning and Housing of Subotica, and the preliminary design was prepared by Pro-Syntesis doo Subotica.
