Priboj Looking for Investor for Production Facility Worth EUR 6 Million – Parcels in Free Zone of 7,082 m2 up for Sale

The Municipality of Priboj has placed a public ad for the sale of undeveloped building land of 7,082 m2 owned by the company Industrijski parkovi doo Priboj.

These are all cadaster parcels whose initial price is close to RSD 15.6 million, and they are located within Free Zone Priboj.

On the bought land, in the next year, the investor obliges to build a production facility with a surface of at least 5,000 m2, employ a minimum of 60 workers and invest at least EUR 6 million.
