Arandjelovac Retail Park to Open in Early 2025

The recently announced construction of Arandjelovac Retail Park by the local investor Pestan is going as planned, so the Sumadija region will get not just a new shopping destination in early 2025, but also a new Arandjelovac center, which will provide entertainment for all age groups.

– With the adoption of the General Regulation Plan, the development of the project of Arandjelovac Retail Park is going without a problem and as planned. We expect the works to begin in the next several months, and the planned opening is expected in early 2025 – the Pestan company says.

The opening of the new retail park will secure 200 new jobs. The investor, the company Pestan, has selected companies with rich experience in the designing of retail facilities as associations on the project – Studio Lark, the architectural studio which is in charge of the designing of the retail park, and ArhiPLAN from Arandjelovac, the company which worked on the preparation of the urban project.

Location which enables easy access from various directions

With an excellent position, at the main access to Arandjelovac on the east side and only two kilometers from the city center, the project of Arandjelovac Retail Park is carefully designed to provide the optimal shopping experience, an efficient use of space and accessibility to the visitors, but also enjoyment in the pleasant environment during their stay there.

The urban planning design of the park includes well-planned access routes which enable a simple arrival of visitors from various directions, which facilitates access to the park and reduces crowding. Within the retail park itself, a sufficient number of parking spaces is secured, and they are designed to ensure safe traffic flow and easy maneuvering within the park itself.

Also, the intuitively positioned signposts enable the visitors to move through the park and find the desired shops and content with ease.

New brands arriving to Arandjelovac

Arandjelovac Retail Park will spread on 10,000 m2 and encompass over 15 retail outlets.

– The combination of the tenants will include features for family entertainment, a supermarket, restaurants and cafes, tenants which will offer the visitors articles from the world of fashion, sports equipment and home and household equipment. In addition to local and international brands, some new ones will be among the tenants, which are appearing in the Arandjelovac area for the first time – pointed out Marina Trifunovic, Retail Leasing Consultant at CBRE, which is the exclusive representative for the lease of retail units within Arandjelovac Retail Park.

Each store in the retail park is carefully positioned in order to provide the visitors with the maximum shopping comfort. The tenant categories and brands are carefully selected so as to offer the visitors a wider selection of the content.
