Football Complex to Be Built on 6.7 ha in Niska Banja – “Mini Pazova” to Have Four Fields, Stands, Management Building…

The construction of a sports center, the so-called “Mini Pazova” is planned in Niska Banja. As the Football Association of the Regions of Eastern Serbia announced, on a parcel of 6.7 hectares, in the Lozni Kalem location, the plan is to build two courts with natural grass and two courts with artificial grass, the management building with all the accompanying features, stands, floodlights…

In a conversation between the vice-president of the Football Association of Serbia, Branislav Nedimovic, and the mayor of Nis, Dragana Sotirovski, and her associates, as said, numerous details were specified, and the result is that the construction of this remarkable complex will begin as soon as the first days of spring.

Nedimovic said that the Football Association of Serbia had already set aside funds for that project. The value of the investment has not been announced so far.

The mayor pointed out that the City of Nis would provide the land, so it only remains for the realization to start, considering that all the necessary project documentation has already been prepared in the past period.

– On 6.7 hectares, right next to the Aqua Park which is being built, there will be four courts, two with natural grass and two with artificial grass, stands, the management building and full accompanying infrastructure. It will be a center for the needs of the Football Association of Serbia and the Football Association of East Serbia, which will be partners on the project with our city – Sotirovski announced.

She pointed out that the works in the location would begin by mid-2024 at the latest.
