Tender for Selection of Consultant for Issue and Buyout of Government Bonds Published

The Public Debt Administration has published the tender for the selection of a consultant for legal consulting and representation regarding the issue and the buyout of the bonds of the Republic of Serbia in the international financial market.

According to the technical specification of the job, among other things, the legal consultant will provide services of consulting regarding the terms of the temporary service agreement which will be signed between the Republic of Serbia and the financial consultant in charge of the issue of new bonds and the buyout of the existing ones in the international financial market, helping with the listing of the bonds and the negotiations regarding the terms and the types of bonds, and they will also provide help in preparing and realizing the issuing of the bonds in the international market.

The services will pertain to the bonds which will be sold to all investors outside the USA and the buyout of the existing bonds of Serbia.
