Belgrade Opens Invitation for Renting Places for Rafts Again – Offer Consists of 17 Locations in Usce, Danube Creek, Sava Wharf…

The City of Belgrade has once again offered for lease the water land on the right-hand bank of the Danube and both banks of the Sava for the purpose of setting up floating facilities – rafts.

A total of 17 locations on the right-hand bank of the Danube and seven on the banks of Sava, of which five in Usce, have been offered. Places for rafts are offered at the Danube Creek, the Sava Wharf and near the Nebojsa Tower near Kalemegdan.

The water land is leased for a period of three years, from the day of the signing of the document, and when the city of Belgrade secures the conditions for the usage of the location.



In these locations, rafts can act as hospitality facilities – restaurants, cafes, clubs, hotels, hostels and similar facilities, or as retail outlets.

Bids may be submitted by January 24.
