Nikola Tesla Airport gets new Managing Board - Dalibor Mitic named Chairman of Shareholders' Assembly
Belgrade-based Nikola Tesla Airport got the new Managing Board and the Chairman of the Shareholders' Assembly at the regular annual assembly of shareholders. On that occasion, the number of members of the Executive Board, that is, the company management, was increased in the company's founding act.
However, the decision on distribution of profits for 2010 was not made at that meeting, while the report from the meeting reads that that decision will be made at the next emergency assembly of shareholders.
At that meeting, Dalibor Mitic was appointed as the Chairman of the Shareholders' Assembly, while the former chairman and members of the Managing Board were dismissed from their posts.
New members of the Managing Board are: Mile Novacikic, Nebojsa Andric, Denijal Kozlicic, Borisav Kovacevic, Ksenija Kavedzic, Ljupko Djekic and Slobodan Jovanovic from Belgrade, and Dejan Milovanovic from Prokuplje.
That was also the occasion to adopt amendments and supplements to the founding act of the shareholding company Nikola Tesla Airport, stipulating that the number of members of the Executive Board is to be increased from the current five to nine.
Nikola Tesla Airport appointed the company Deloitte as the independent auditor of financial reports for 2011, and it also adopted the report of the Managing Board and the performance report for 2010.
Slobodan Velickovic from Grdelica is the new Chairman of the Supervisory Board of Nikola Tesla Airport, while other members of that board are Goran Malbasa from Arandjelovac and Dragoslav Stankovic from Pukovac near Nis.
