Sale of Parcel of 7,485 m2 in Block 19a Across from Sava Centar Advertised

The Property Directorate of the Republic of Serbia has advertised the sale of 7,485 m2 of undeveloped building land in Block 19a on the cadaster parcel 6915, which is owned by Serbia. This is land in an attractive location across from Sava Centar, that is, a parcel located between Vladimira Popovica Street and Arsenija Carnojevica Blvd (highway). The initial price at which this land is being sold costs around RSD 441.1 million, that is, RSD 58,932 per square meter.

The sale is organized through the collection of written bids, and the criterion for assessing the bids will be the highest price per square meter. The sales documentation can be picked up at the premises of this directorate at 16 Kralja Milana Street, from December 18 until January 9. The participants in the procedure should pay the deposit by January 11.

As can be seen from the ad, this parcel, as urban building land, is located in the areas of other purposes of the zones of commercial features in the function of education. Private preschool institutions, elementary schools, secondary schools and higher education institutions can be planned within it, with a mandatory preparation of an urban project.
