MK Fintel Wind builds 6 MW wind farm near Vrsac - Investment worth EUR 8.85 million

The company MK Fintel Wind has signed an agreement with UniCredit Leasing Srbija on a lease arrangement for the construction of a 6 MW wind farm in the vicinity of Vrsac. The investment in the project La picollina Vetro park 1 is worth about EUR 8.85 million, 7m of which will be provided by the leasing company, while the rest, about EUR 1.77 million, will be obtained from a loan.

The wind farm project has already received energy, location and building permits.

MK Fintel Wind was set up by MK Group and its Italian partner Fintel Energia Group in 2008, with the aim of investing in the development of renewable energy sources, wind energy in particular.

Wind farm near Djerdap as well

Through its affiliate MK Fintel Wind, the Italian company has bought a project from Sweden's Cleps, which envisages construction of a 138 MW wind farm, named RAM, in the vicinity of the Djerdap hydroelectric power plant.
