For the lease of Ada Bojana 2.5 millions euros a year

Tender for the lease on 30 years of nudistic summer resort on Montenegro coastline - Ada Bojana, will be published in three weeks at the most, and one year lease should not be less than 2.5 millions eur, as said in Podogorica's "Vijesti" (News), from their source in the Government of Montenegro.

On a tender for Ada, the Government would ask from the offerers to invest in modernization and reconstruction of the complex at least 75 millions eur, within the next three years, that is up to 100 millions in the next five years. It is decided to give the resort on lease for 3 decades, with a possibility of prolonging the contract, and the suggested sum for lease would be a significant criteria for evaluation of offers. The money from the lease would be paid into the budget of Montenegro and county Ulcinj, while Ulcinj's riviere, as today's owner of Ada Bojana, won't have any share in it.

Tender documentation is completed and soon the public call for participation will be given to investors known in the world for its design, construction, and conduction of hotel capacities - Four seasons, Ritz Carlton, Mandarin Oriental, Park Hyatt, Hilton, Meriott...
