Euopean agency for reconstruction has in plan 2 millions eur for improvement of the rights of consumers in Serbia

European agency for reconstrucion (EAR) approved to Serbia a program worth 2 millions eur for improvement of rights of consumers and application of the Law of protection of consumers, stated agency's representative Olivier Bunen. He said that during realization of the mentioned project which should start in 2006, it would be showed which one of the points from the Law of protection of consumers were to be changed and he added that for the complete regulation of rights of consumers in Serbia, would be necessary to first of all bring Law of out of court settlemetns and a number of under law acts.

EAR will get in the next few months conclusions of experts who will be staying in Serbia and questioning the area of protection of consumers, and above all define priorities in the realization of the mentioned program.
