Complaint of Telekom to Decision on Ban of Operations in Kosovo Upheld

The complaint of Telekom to the decision on the ban of the company’s operations in Kosovo, that is, the deletion of the company MTS d.o.o. from the company register, has been upheld, writes Kosovo Online.

The CEO of Telekom Srbija, Vladimir Lucic, who visited Pristina on Tuesday, when he met with ambassadors and international representatives on the occasion of the intention of the Pristina authorities to ban MTS’s operations in Kosovo, said at the time for Kosovo Online that he hoped for a positive outcome and added that the international community was on Telekom’s side.

At the time, Lucic also announced the opening of the question of obtaining a third license, which is mentioned in the Brussels Agreement and which has been expected for 10 years.
