Preparations for Construction of Solar Power Plants Near Vranje – Preparation of Plan for Area of Around 249.22 ha to Begin

The City of Vranje has announced the early public inspection on the occasion of the preparation of the detailed regulation plan of the solar power plant Gornje Livade in the settlement of Soderce near Vranje.

The investor is Sunflow South doo Beograd, with whose director, Onur Gedik, the mayor of Vranje, Slobodan Milenkovic, recently signed the Agreement on Business-Technical Cooperation.

According to this agreement, a solar power plant with a nominal power of 3 MW will be built.

– The investor obliges to build the solar power plant under the conditions that are determined by the building permit in line with the Law on Planning and Construction and other relevant bylaws, as well as to pay an annual fee to the City in the amount of 1% of the gross income from the sale of electrical energy – the City said at the time.

The preliminary borders of the detailed regulation plan of the solar power plant Gornje Livade enclose an area of around 249.22 ha. The area is located in the western part of the area of the Spatial Plan of the City of Vranje, and the space is undeveloped.

The plan was prepared by the PE Urban Planning and Construction of the City of Vranje, and the early inspection will last until September 15.
