Civil Aviation Directorate of Serbia: Simplified Procedure of Filing Passenger Complaints

The Civil Aviation Directorate of the Republic of Serbia has announced that the manner of filing complaints has been simplified for passengers, through the new web platform available on the website www.cad.gov.rs in the part pertaining to the protection of passenger rights. Passengers can thereby file complaints about the work of the operator of the aircraft and the operator of the airport.

As announced, online complaint filing at [email protected] is to stop working as part of the automation of the process of filing complaints.
