The company Bor Properties opens a retail park in Bor - Reconstruction of the former Zastava car dealership is underway

The former Zastava car dealership in Bor, which was desolate for years and of which only the outer walls remained and the interior was turned into a dumpyard, will now turn into a multi-brand sales facility - a retail park.

Zastava's facility, managed by NLB Komercijalna banka, was bought by Bor Properties from Stara Pazova through a public invitation. They owned the buildings of the former salon, as well as the garages and buildings located on the lower floor.

Nebojsa Radovic owns 50% of the company Bor Properties, while the other 50%, according to the Serbian Business Registers Agency, belongs to the famous football player who spent his career in Lazio, Manchester City, Roma and Inter, Aleksandar Kolarov.

Radovic told Ist media that all the buildings intended for sale are currently being renovated.

After the reconstruction of the building and the interior, Radovic says that the construction of the parking area will begin. He promises that there will be a lot of greenery, as well as a children's playground.

- All contracts with tenants have been signed, and as early as October, we are planning to successively open sales facilities. We expect all the owners to move in by the end of the year - said Radovic.

As an important piece of information, Radovic points out that there will be between 10 and 15 new employees per brand, and due to the nature of the work, most of the new jobs will be for women.

Dragan Jelenkovic, spatial and urban planner of the Bor City Administration, tells Ist Media that Bor Properties has been issued a building permit for the reconstruction of the building in its current dimensions, and that another permit was recently issued for the addition of two additional premises in this area.

According to the data by the Serbian Business Registers Agency, Bor Properties DOO was registered in March of this year, and its main activity is "renting and management of own or leased real estate".
