CLS: Contract for the construction of the subway depot in Makisko polje not yet signed

Director of the Center for Local Self-Government (CLS) Nikola Jovanovic stated that the contract for the construction of the subway depot in Makisko Polje has not yet been signed, although the initial deadline was February 2022.

Jovanovic added that this represents "a year and a half delay in the announced dynamics, and already in the earliest phase of the subway construction".

The director of CLS, himself a former city councilor, stated that in November 2021, during the signing of the contract for Makisko Polje backfilling, the Minister of Finance Sinisa Mali stated that "the contract for the construction of the depot will be signed in February 2022, and work on it will commence in November of the same year".
