Russian company "EN plus group", owner of Podgorica's Combine of aluminum, interested to buy Coal Mine and TE Pljevlja - race with 8 companies

Representatives of the Russina "EN plus group plan a several day tour of the Coal Mine and Thermal electrical station TE Pljevlja, for whom they are interested to buy.

"EN plus group" is from December of 2005 owner of Podgorica's Combine of aluminum and is one of the 8 companies who have bought off documentation for privatization of TE Pljevlja and 31.11% of state's capital in the Coal mine. The documentation was also bought off by Czech electro energetic soceity (CEZ), Sibirien Belon JSC Group, Holding of slovenian electric plant (HSE), Americal Contour Global, greek Public Power Cooperation, Australian Verbund and Belgrade's ABS holding. The documentation buying also announced Czech company Penta investment.
