Belgrade's Konsing Group signs agreement with Norway's Netel AS - Construction of EUR 15 million mobile networks for operators
After penetrating the market of Great Britain, Belgrade-based Konsing Group has signed an agreement on cooperation with Norway's Netel AS, worth 15 million euros, envisaging their joint participation in the replacement of equipment and construction of mobile networks for operators Telenor, Netcom and Mobile Norway, with the possible expansion of available funds to EUR 23 million, depending on the availability of capacities of Konsing Group.
Works are expected to commence next week, while the whole agreement should be implemented until the end of 2012. Aforementioned agreement also envisages their joint appearance in the markets in Scandinavia, especially in Sweden where the volume of works on modernization of mobile networks of existing operators is expected to be quite big.
Konsing Group is the largest provider of engineering services in radio telecommunications in the region of southeast Europe, and it is particularly specialized in the work on mobile telephony systems. The greatest value of the company is a team of 100 top engineers of various profiles and over 150 technicians with the experience in work on large projects in Serbia and the region, as well as all around the world, from Sri Lanka to Turkey, Bulgaria, Czech Republic, Poland, and Ireland.
Upon its entrance to the market of Great Britain in early 2011, the company now enters the market of Scandinavia, and there are also announcements that this year's expansion to new markets will be resumed.
