Telekom Srbija New Owner of Globaltel

Globaltel is now officially 100% owned by Telekom Srbija, as shown by the data of the Serbian Business Registers Agency (SBRA).

Globaltel, a company registered for wireless telecommunications, which was until recently owned by Zeljko Mitrovic’s Pink Media Group (55%) and Procescom doo (45%), is now owned by the state company Telekom.

The new director of Globaltel is Jovan Bogdanovic, and the change of the management and the ownership was registered at the SBRA on July 13.

The monetary and non-monetary share capital has not changed.

It has not been disclosed how much Telekom Srbija paid for Globaltel.

The only thing that’s known is that, recently, the CEO of Telekom Srbija, Vladimir Lucic, confirming the intention to buy Globaltel, said that the price “is a business secret, but it’s not true that it’s EUR 17 million.”
