Serbia 39th in the World by Minimum Wage, Fourth in the Region

According to the online service The World of Statistics, Serbia placed 39th on a global minimum wage list, with USD 347.

Of the countries of the region, Slovenia placed above – 18th, with a minimum wage of USD 896, as did Croatia, 29th, and Montenegro, 31st, with a monthly minimum wage of USD 459.

Bosnia and Herzegovina is 51st with USD 324, whereas Albania is 58th with a minimum wage of USD 265.


The biggest minimum wage is in Luxembourg, USD 2,140, followed by Australia, USD 2,022, the Netherlands, USD 1,895, and New Zealand, USD 1,866.

At the bottom of the list are India with USD 95, Uzbekistan with USD 72 and Nigeria with USD 68.
