Prezident doo to Raise Building with 23 Apartments in Novi Sad

Prezident doo is raising a building with a basement and five floors (including the ground floor and the loft) in Novi Sad, at 4 Komenskog Square.

The net floor area of the facility is 1,826.62 m2, and the gross area is 2,150.45 m2.

The facility contains 23 housing units, one office space and eight garage spaces.

The estimated value of the works, according to the building permit, is RSD 121,452,285.59, without the VAT.

The project was prepared by Eling Plan doo Sremska Kamenica.

The planned date of the completion of the works is June 2024.
