Kikinda to Get First Retail Park – Agreement on Sale of Land Signed, Construction to Start in October

The mayor of Kikinda, Nikola Lukac, and the director of RC Europe RSB, Bojana Koljensic, have signed an agreement on the sale of land for the construction of the first retail park in this city.

According to the city’s website, the retail park will be built in Mikronaselje, in the location where the construction of apartments started in 2000. It will spread on an area of over 5,000 square meters and over a hundred workers will be employed in 14 retail facilities.

The construction should start this October and end in June 2024.

– With the sale of the land where the retail park is to be built, the City of Kikinda will earn around RSD 30 million, whereas our company will invest several million euros in the development of the location and the construction of the facilities – Koljensic said.
