The company NIS has become the majority owner of Petrohemija Pancevo.

As can be seen on the website of the Serbian Business Registers Agency, on Friday, June 9, there was a change in the members’ shares.

The document says that, from June 9, the Republic of Serbia has a share of 10% (instead of 79.14408800%), whereas NIS has a share of 90% (instead of 20.85591200%).
