Withdrawal of Bill on Company Management from Parliamentary Procedure Proposed

The Ministry of Economy announced today that it had sent to the General Secretariat of the Government of Serbia the draft decision on the withdrawal from the parliamentary procedure of the Bill on the Management of State-Owned Companies.

The proposition was sent for the purpose of deliberation and deciding at the government’s session, considering that it has been estimated that additional consultations about the questions which are the subject of this law’s regulations need to be done.

Let us remind that the prime minister of Serbia, Ana Brnabic, announced earlier that the Government of Serbia would withdraw the Bill from the National Assembly.
