Construction of Marina on the Danube, Right Next to Silver Lake, to Begin – Contractors Sought for Job Worth RSD 238.5 Million

The Ministry of Tourism and Youth has published the tender for the construction of a marina in Veliko Gradiste, and the value of the works has been estimated at RSD 238.5 million without the VAT.

The location planned for the phase-based construction of the marina is in the bay which was formed after upstream and downstream barriers were established on the Danube branch as part of the works on the forming of the Silver Lake.

The following features are planned within the marina: the guard service, the marina management, the marina club, a closed hangar for vessels and commercial features (mixed goods store, bicycle service and rental shop, sale of fishing equipment, sale of nautical equipment, a bank, a post office, a tourism organization information desk, a gift shop…)

The deadline for the realization of the agreement is 14 months from the date of the signing of the agreement, and the deadline for the submission of bids is July 3, 2023.
