(Bogdan Gavrilović, General Manager) The World Transport Overseas (WTO) Group, which offers intelligent transport solutions, achieved a turnover of over 105 million EUR last year and had more than 45,000 TEUs transported.

- After the final drawing of the line for the previous year, the Group`s results are more than impressive, and the company`s targets for 2022 have been achieved - they state in WTO.

They add that the most important indicator for the company still remains the main focus of the company`s activities, namely LCL consoles:

- We transported more than 88,000 cubic meters of goods with them in the previous year, which is the biggest indicator of our company`s growth.

However, when it comes to the most important indicator of business success, which is people, the WTO points out that more than 250 employees currently work in more than 20 offices in 12 countries.

- This makes our company one of the most successful local companies in our industry - they state with pride.

And when it comes to employees, there was also a change in the management of the company`s Belgrade office.

The office got a new general director and sector managers, and, as they say, both managerial lines are filled with people who have mastered their freight forwarding trade in the WTO, through their many years of work in the company.

- With great energy, an expanded team, as well as new, much more modern and larger offices, our team is more than ready to respond to every request of our clients - they say.

The WTO states that in accordance with the Group`s strategy, called "Vision 2030", they successfully opened a representative office in Albania in 2023, the opening of which, along with another office in Constanta, Romania, represented the plan for this year.

They also note that opening an office in America remains a top priority for the next period.

Great impressions from the Munich Fair

At the recently held Logistics Fair in Munich, WTO had its own stand, where clients and partners had the opportunity to discuss with company owners and managers from each country where the Group has a representative office.

The company emphasizes that such gatherings are extremely important for business and the development of the industry, in general.

- In addition to many conversations with partners, we had the opportunity to host Lars Jensen, one of the biggest experts in the field of container transport, at our stand, with whom the discussion on current topics was a great experience for each of us - the World Transport Overseas company states.
