Tender for Construction of Underground Garage in Vlajkoviceva Street Extended

The Chinese company CSI Parking Investment d.o.o. (China Shandong International Economic & Technical Cooperation Co. Ltd) has extended the deadline for the submission of bids for the construction of the underground garage in Vlajkoviceva Street in Belgrade.

This is an open contest procedure with negotiation elements, which the company Everston d.o.o., within CSI, initially advertised in late April, with the bid submission deadline of May 19, whereas that deadline is now extended until May 23 within the new tender. The scope of the works on this garage, which will be built near the National Assembly of Serbia in Belgrade, includes the surveying of the terrain (if needed), detailed planning, construction, installation, repair of defects and maintenance, technical training etc.

The garage will have three underground levels, on an area of around 10,000 m2, with 284 parking spaces.

Two entrances and exits are planned, one in Vlajkoviceva Street, the other in Kosovska Street.

As Zhong Jian, a representative of the Chinese investor, said for eKapija earlier, the value of the construction of the garage in Vlajkoviceva Street was estimated at EUR 7 million at the time.
