According to the tendering documentation, the analysis of the data collected in the first round of the “Take the Bill and Win” prize contest has shown that a large number of bills was sent by manual data entry and that the implemented QR code scanners need to be upgraded.
The upgrading of the QR code scanners needs to be done through the procurement of a commercial solution which needs to be covered by a license for 1,500,000 users on an annual level.
The look of the app for the users needs to be improved in the part of reporting and viewing the bills sent for the prize contest.
A report should contain the total amount of the taxes for the bills sent by a user profile. The view of the bills sent should also feature the total number of bills.
The tender is open until May 9.
Let us remind that, since the “Take the Bill and Win” prize contest was digitized, a large number of citizens have complained of problems with scanning the QR code, so they had to enter the majority of the data manually.
The continuation of the “Take the Bill and Win” prize contest has been announced for September.
