Project of Construction of Pool in Grocka to Be Relaunched – Designer Needed

The PE for the Development of the City Municipality of Grocka has published the tender for the preparation of the project-technical documentation for the purposes of the construction of an outdoor pool facility with side features in the settlement of Grocka.

According to the project task, a new outdoor pool needs to be designed within the sports complex in the cadaster parcels 1202/2 and 1202/1 in the cadaster municipality of Grocka.

The facility will feature an outdoor pool with a depth of 3.5 m to 4.8 m and with dimensions of 50 x 25 m, tennis and basketball courts, futsal and beach volleyball courts, a ticket booth and changing rooms with showers, a cage and a restaurant, an outdoor stage with an open bar, sales points in two locations, public showers at several points, an outdoor clinic, a space for beach beds and parasols for the use of the pool in the summer period, stands for 1,000 visitors and a parking lot.

The tender worth RSD 5 million expires on May 8.

Let us remind that, two years ago, the construction of five outdoor pools in Belgrade was announced, and last spring, the Belgrade Land Development Public Agency also opened the tender for the designing and construction of pools in Borca, Lazarevac, Zemun and Grocka, worth RSD 9.5 billion. However, the tender was stopped last autumn because, as said in the decision, “the need of the procuring party for said procurement has ceased.”
