Big Plans for Kragujevac Business Zone Cvetojevac – Over 200 ha of Building Area, Entire Water and Sewer Infrastructure Planned

The City of Kragujevac has advertised the public inspection of the draft detailed regulation plan of the Cvetojevac business zone next to the Northern Bypass Route, with a report on the strategic environmental impact assessment of the plan. The area covered by the plan amounts to 243 ha 66 a 90 m2.

In the future business zone, the plan is to build industrial, business and production facilities, as well as traffic and utility infrastructure. The planned number of floors of the business facilities and annexes is three (including the ground floor) at the most, whereas for the production halls and workshops, the height is defined based on the type of activity and technological requirements.

The public inspection will last until May 22, 2023.
