(Conference participants) The second consecutive regional business conference "Women of Impact: On Stage" will be held from April 26 to 28 at the Lazure Hotel & Marina in Herceg Novi. This year's event aims to bring together in Montenegro members from business, public sector, healthcare, experts from numerous fields as well as distinguished women in culture, art and diplomacy.
The conference is divided into three parts that deal with the business scene, the political scene and the creative industries scene, and is intended for the business public with the goal of business improvement through discussions, training and networking.
Organizers Sanja Milosavljevic (PRESS ROOM) and Jelena Vuletic (Balance2Business) emphasize this year that the project aims to encourage professional development, entrepreneurship and innovation. The value of networking, sharing experiences and learning from successful female leaders in various industries is what awaits you during this two-day conference.
The conference will gather 200 of the most successful women of the Western Balkans, who will exchange business ideas and experiences, life stories and concrete ways to improve and sustain businesses that are fully or partially owned by women.
- We want to learn from our guests and get insights about the business scene of the region and what are the current chances and opportunities for business development. The challenges in the market are numerous, but pointing the way will assist women - said Sanja Milosavljevic, the creator of this project, and added that we are all "on stage" today, whether in our micro or macro environment.
- How we behave in business life, how our private life affects work, and how to move forward despite the challenges in the market, are important topics that we will deal with. The dynamic socioeconomic environment in the last few years has had a lasting impact on the adoption of new trends, so we are more aware of the digital relationship with the media and communication via social networks. This year, we highlight the importance of women's voices and perspectives in shaping a better future for all. The metaphor of the stage is there to convey the message of taking action, improving ourselves and our businesses and making a difference, something that makes us authentic - she added.
Jelena Vuletic from Balance2Business, partner and organizer of the project and member of the Management Board of Hipotekarna Banka, says that they found inspiration for purposeful and long-term development, networking, understanding the value of balance, sharing experiences, strategies for success, identifying opportunities and building relationships that will grow over the years. .
- For every woman, work on continuous personal and professional development can be one of the wisest decisions ever made. To know and master yourself, your desires, goals and priorities is true power! - Vuletic pointed out.
Guests of the regional business panel discussion "Where is this ship sailing to?" will provide answers to the questions: What would significantly improve our business? How can we be export-oriented and is political stability important for our business stability? These realities affect everyone from investors, entrepreneurs, the most successful company directors, to businessmen and customers.
- Will innovations improve the business scene in the Balkans, because as a region we are more integrated with the rest of Europe and the global economy and lead to further growth and development in the coming years - these are all questions for our participants: President of the Chamber of Commerce of Montenegro Nina Drakic, Director of the Serbian Chamber of Commerce Branislava Simanic, the Executive Director of Philip Morris Montenegro and the President of the Board of the American Chamber of Commerce (AmCham) in Montenegro Svetlana Vuksanovic, the Executive Director of ICT Cortex Montenegro Tarik Zaimovic, and the Vice President of operations at Authority Partners, the President of the Board of Bit Alliance and the President of the Board of AmCham BiH Amina Karic - the conference organizers point out.
The conference program consists of five parts, one of which is a panel on women in politics, and one in English on whether women's businesses are investable.
Karen Maddox, the Ambassador of the United Kingdom in Montenegro confirmed her presence at the conference.
