State Selling Stamparija Borba

The Ministry of Economy has opened a public invitation for sending letter of interest for taking part in the procedure of the privatization of the graphics company Stamparija Borba ad Beograd.

The total value of the company’s capital was estimated in late 2021 at RSD 254.36 million.

The total capital assets amounted to 340.82 million, whereas a year before, it was RSD 416.55 million.

The Republic of Serbia owns 37.49% of the company’s capital, the Pension and Disability Insurance Fund owns 31.54%, the National Health Insurance Fund owns 12.65%, the City of Belgrade owns 8.15% and the remaining shareholders own 10.15%.

A letter of interest, the invitation says, should contain a proposal of the privatization model in line with the Law on Privatization, a proposition of the indicative price, investment program, a rough business plan and the number of employees within and outside of the company that the investor is ready to employ for an indefinite period of time.

Letters of interest may be sent by March 31, 2023.
