How to "ignite" market with good ideas - Austrian marketing agency Noa offers clients in Serbia rich European experience

It is a marketing agency from Austria whose name is actually an acronym for No Ordinary Agency. You can see for yourself that this company is really unusual and different by taking a look at some of their non-standard campaigns and designer solutions for the world's most famous brands such as Coca-Cola, Samsung, Absolut Vodka, Jacobs, Illy, Generali, Henkel, Royal Canine, Zepter, and many others.
Their trademark is flame and they introduce themselves as a "big well-organized team of experts with a sophisticated taste for 'special' and a developed intuition for 'important'". They have an office in Belgrade since June 2010, while their creative workshop in the capital city of Serbia has already worked on some projects in this market. One of the company's first engagements was a caravan campaign for Samsung, during which a large branded truck was visited by over 50,000 people in three cities in Serbia.

- Noa is part of Strobl-Krigner group and, in addition to offices in Vienna and Linz, we also operate in Slovakia (Bratislava), Slovenia and Hungary. We have recently opened an office in Serbia as the regional center for the markets of Montenegro, Croatia, and Bosnia and Herzegovina. The group has over 170 employees and the annual turnover of about 217 million euros. What is very important in this business is synergy of ideas and exchange of experiences from various countries. Thanks to an extensive business network in Europe, our client in Belgrade can be offered a solution created by a designer from Vienna, Bratislava, Budapest, and all that at the price that is affordable to the people in Serbia. We are of the opinion that we can really offer much different products of higher quality. For example, if we work for a company that needs a service in the domain of digital marketing, that company will be offered a solution that meets all European standards. Our interlocutor says that Noa has made the decision to open a branch office in Belgrade because of it's plan to expand to the market of the Balkans. Noa exists since 2006 and is run by Ivica Djurdjevic, a businessman from Serbia.
- We are the first Austrian marketing agency to enter Serbia. We used to work for clients in Belgrade and surrounding countries from our office in Vienna. However, due to an increased volume of work, we have decided for the local presence and, thus, ensured better services for our partners. Also, we export many solutions from Belgrade to the countries we operate in. We are an international agency trusted by clients and we have a network that generates a profit for both our clients and us.
Ms. Brdar says that the demand is currently the highest for designer solutions, which are developed by our young creative workers for companies in Austria, Bratislava, Budapest, etc.
- We have plenty of projects for so-called "below the line
marketing" and campaigns intended for mass media. So far, we have been hired to create campaigns, organize promotions and receptions and many other events, and we are highly regarded when it comes to catalogs, brochures, as well as web design.
Noa agency in Belgrade employs 15 people and it plans to expand the team, primarily the creative sector. In addition to people with long-time experience in the world of marketing, Noa also develops young staff and maximally invests in its personnel - from foreign language courses to training courses in Vienna.
