Part of Juice Factory PKB Vocarske Plantaze in Viline Vode Street up for Sale

The Bankruptcy Supervision Agency has put property belonging to PKB Vocarske Plantaze from Bolec up for sale.

The offer consists of parts of the complex of the juice factory “Stara Hladnjaca”, at BB Vline Vode Street, agricultural buildings in the cadaster municipality of Palilula and a propane-butane tank. The management building has 968 m2, the production hall has 3,113 m2, and the cooling plant has 2,001 m2.

The initial price of the property is RSD 135,244,540, and participation requires the purchase of the sales documentation and the payment of the deposit.

The public bidding will be held on February 24, at noon, at the address: Bankruptcy Supervision Agency, Center for Bankruptcy Proceedings, 23 Terazije Street, Belgrade, III floor, room 301.
