The prestigious Top Employers Institute, which is a world-renowned independent expert for the assessment of business operations in the field of human resources, has placed Lidl Srbija among the best employers in Serbia for the third year in a row. This modern discount store chain has also won top employer recognitions in another 27 countries, so on an international level, Lidl has also received the “Top Employer Europe” for 2023 for the sixth year in a row.
